Download RedSnow 0.9.10b8 [0.9.10 Beta 8] For Unlock Activation Ticket Backup Support

Good news for the Un-lockers and the Jail breakers!!

The news may be stale for some, bur for those who haven't heard of it, here its: The iPhone Dev Team has released yet another RedSnow version which adds the support for backing up the precious activation tickets resulting from the SAM unlock. That makes things a lot easier as users won’t have to backup tickets manually anymore. 

Users  can now backup arbitrary directories, and RedSn0w will by default backup the /var/root/Library/Lockdown which is needed to preserve your activation ticket. The pace at which these progress are being made, more support for this SAM Unlock feature are to be expected in future.

Rare Jamaica Stamp with Inverted Frame

Today I received an e-mail about a 1919 rare stamp issued by Jamaica, then under the British Empire with a grave error: The stamp has an inverted frame.

The 1919-21 wmk MCA 1s orange-yellow and red-orange stamp, one of the most remarkable British Empire errors, of which part of a sheet was found at Manchioneal post office in March 1922 after the majority had been used. Less than twenty survive in unused condition, with the famous 'ex Cunliffe' corner pair now accepted to be the only remaining multiple. 

The mail offered a price of £32,500, which for ordinary stamp collectors like myself is huge - but anyone reading the post and with £32,500 to spare for this rare stamp of almost a century old may contact the Stanley Gibbons for further details.

Magnificent Beard and Mustaches Competition, Brussels

Hobbyists and fun lovers are never short of ideas and that too innovative ones. Although keeping beards and mustaches by men has been in vogue since time immemorial, there are some who make this routine in to a hobby and competitive sport.

And one of such competitive hobbies is keeping big and beautiful beards and mustaches. I recently came across a few photographs of such people at Funzug and I thought of sharing these wonderfully kept big mustaches by hearty people and participants of a competition. 

A recently held at Brussels' battle of the beards explains how men can proudly display their masculinity with furry mustaches. These remarkable examples of facial topiary were pictured at a competition for best moustache in Brussels, Belgium. Proudly whiskered gentleman from all over the region for the event, which was won by a man identified only as Jef. His gravity defying facial follicles stretched the usual definition of moustache, incorporating as it did much of the beard from his cheeks as well.

Amazing Celebrity Dolls

While collecting dolls is one of the many favourite hobbies around the world, 'making dolls' is also equally favourite among some of those with artistic mind with innovative and novel approach towards doll making.

SR-71: Now one can only see RC Model Planes in the sky

SR-71 Blackbird: The Mach3+ Reconnaissance plane

SR-71 Blackbird was once the backbone of the USAF surveillance fleet and it roared as master of the skies. The high altitude  long-range, Mach 3+ strategic reconnaissance aircraft was famous for its unique shape, black body and extremely powerful thrusts. The SR-71 served with the U.S. Air Force from 1964 to 1998. Of the 32 aircraft built, 12 were destroyed in accidents. Since 1976, it has held the world record for the fastest air-breathing manned aircraft, a record previously held by the YF-12.
