E-ELT: The £1 billion telescope to explore life in other galaxies

The Almighty created universe which is fathomless and immeasurable. The stars that we see above abound in trillions and their multitudes. One can only make a guess about the size of the universe from the fact that the nearest star after our sun is 4 light years away or about 40 trillion kilometers away. While God made this, scientists on our earth are always making endeavor to know more about life in other galaxies and planets, similar to ours somewhere out there.

The recent project including a  £1 billion telescope, named the European Extremely Large Telescope or E-ELT, which would be the largest telescope ever built to explore outer space. The telescope is likely to capture photos which have hitherto before not possible.
