How to make a perfect omelette

Well, I am not a chef or good cook, but I enjoy making an omelette. Why, because thee is no fear of the egg yolk getting overcooked, which mostly people do not like. Therefore, whenever "I" am in the kitchen in the early hours of the morning when everyone else is asleep, I cook a simple yet a steamy, sizzling and aromatic omelette to devour in the stillness of the morning all by myself.

This is how I do it.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 small onion
1 green pepper fresh
1 small tomato
1 tbsp water
Butter for pan
Salt to taste
Pinch of red chillies (makes it hot)

Method:
Cut the onion and green pepper into small pieces.
Break eggs in a bowl and beat with a fork until yolk and white are properly blended.
Add onion, tomato and green pepper, salt and red chillies and mix it thoroughly.
Heat the butter in a frying pan till it stops foaming. Put the entire ingredients and let these settle down on a low heat.
When the mixture is well settled, over turn it so as to fry the other side.
While the omelette fries, put to slice of bread in the toaster to toast.
You would know by its look that it is ready. Take it out in flat plate.
Take out the toasted bread from the toaster, sit back on the kitchen table and enjoy the sizzling hot, steamy and aromatic omelette all by yourself.
